La Moutonne is a modern three-bedroom villa situated in a secluded, wooded area on a hillside surrounded by the lush green vegetation that the Var is famous for. It benefits from a southerly perspective, which creates a perfect suntrap all day long, cooled by a breeze coming from the west. The temperature is in the 70s - 80s most of the rental season and rainfall is low, making sunbathing a must and a real pleasure around the eleven-metre private pool. The villa is set in manicured gardens made evergreen by the automatic sprinkler system and beautifully cared for by the gardener. Beyond the manicured gardens, natural vegetation and trees complete the 2-acre setting. The eleven-metre pool and pool house is fenced and gated sympathetically, and in accordance with French safety laws, and the pool house contains an open shower with hot water and a fridge for your convenience. The large patio with table and chairs is fantastic for eating "al fresco" with the added benefit of a retractable awning to provide shade. The stone built BBQ near the patio is also a favourite for leisurely lunches. Every effort is taken to ensure that your stay is safe and worry free, a shepherds crook and life belt are provided in the pool house and the villa has fire extinguishers and smoke alarms.
